JOHNNY CHAN
This mobile app connects homeowner/ tenant with qualified handyman for various home repairs. The platform works by allowing customers to submit a job request, specifying the type of work needed and then matches with available handymen who have necessary skills and experience. The platform provides tools for communication between user and handymen such as messaging and call.
The goal of this project is to create a convenient and easy to navigate and use, responsive mobile platform. Both primary and secondary research have been conducted to understand current market, and in-dept analysis have been managed to learn from our competitors . The outcomes of this project include everything from user research to final high fidelity interfaces.

It is better to refer to existing solutions to user's problems, so that users do not need to work too hard trying to understand how the app works, preferable as intuitive as possible. Competitor analysis is conducted to gain an objective overview of the current market and the strategies.
