O V E R V I E W

Overview

Kicks Hub is a Hong Kong-based sneaker retailer. They have a physical store and would like to expand their business to O2O. They search rare sneakers from around the world and sell to local customers. They target mid-high income market, who might want to look different and sneaker collectors. The goal of this project is to create a responsive mobile platform. As to ensure viability and feasibility, primary and secondary research have been conducted to understand current market, and in-dept analysis have been managed to learn from our competitors . The outcomes of this project include everything from user research to final high fidelity interfaces.

Competitors Analysis

It is better to refer to existing solutions to user's problems, so that users do not need to work too hard trying to understand how the app works, preferable as intuitive as possible. Competitor analysis is conducted to gain an objective overview of the current market and the strategies.
